My name is Kevin Dehlinger and I am a third-generation realtor and leader of the Dehlinger Team. The Dehlinger Team covers the Northwest Florida Beaches and has been on-site at Tidewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida since the building opened in 2007 (and even on-site during the pre-construction days.) Previously, my father and grandmother (original founders of the Dehlinger Team) worked out of the on-site office, which is located on the ground floor, between the security desk and the mail room. The Dehlinger Team has over 30 years of combined experience and over $200M in combined sold volume.
